Hello!

My name is Lynda, and I'm halfway through the "4 ways to Gain More Confidence in you and your dog" video, and I'm in tears.
I am a trail runner and would run maybe 30 miles a week, ran 2 Tough Mudder races at Colorado high altitudes, blah blah. We had to move from Colorado (where my family is) out to West Virginia about 5 years ago. I kept running, things were awesome because the trails here are gorgeous, not to mention living and kayaking on the Potomac River.
Now, here we go. I'm a stay at home mom. So, after awhile, my depression got worse, anxiety levels are crippling and throw in a hefty dose of ADHD, and I'm pretty much a recluse, closing in on agoraphobic.
I was able to get my GSD puppy and use our FSA to train her as a therapy dog. Win Win! She's amazing! Of course, training burned through the FSA, and I had to quit training. I have a hard time on my own, because consistency is not a trait I have, being severe ADHD, and we know that consistency is key.
I came across your video on YouTube (during a terrible panic attack, oddly enough), and it was as if you were talking directly to me. I want SO badly to hit the trails with Loki but can't get to the door without an attack.
I wanted to write to tell you that your video hit me hard and I will try my best to do whatever you say on training (like I said, I'm only halfway through).
Thank you, thank you. I'm going to finish your video now.
Any tips or advice you could give would be greatly appreciated. Wish I lived closer to one of your facilities!
I hope you and your family are healthy, happy and safe!
Much love,
