From 8wks – 5months old Terrier UNLEASHED: Unleashed Potential PEI Dog Training

I would like to take a moment to thank Unleashed Potential in PEI for what they have done for me and my terrier pup. I must admit. I am thrilled with our progress!

We started with Puppy Management and have now progressed onto the OFF LEASH Ultimate Obedience for life program! We are a couple lessons short of starting our first group session and could not be more excited to make that transition with Duke Ferguson.

The UPK9 trainers are more than willing to answer any questions I may have, and has helped us in every step with Piper. My dog Piper is only 5 months old now and I have such a great handle on this dog! It is just amazing to see what they can do if we just start them young and remain “Very Consistent” with our commands!

I highly recommend Unleashed Potential! You won’t be disappointed if you do your homework!

It’s hard to find the words to describe what Unleashed Potential K9 in PEI has done for me and my Great Dane.

Hamlet is a timid and shy dog, and I went to Unleashed Potential looking for help, hoping to build his confidence and mine. The first session we had opened my eyes to the possibilities of what Hamlet and I could accomplish together. Since then,we have been educated, challenged and given so many new tools we are able to put in to practice everywhere we go.

We arrived at each session eager to learn more. Our trainer’s enthusiasm for dogs and their people is contagious. Her talent and knowledge is something I’m grateful she shared with me. Off leash in Four weeks. Halifax Dog Training!

We found Jilly at a rescue in Amherst NS . When we brought her home we quickly found out that she had very bad separation anxiety when she ripped apart our door and door frame. She then started to open windows and jump threw the screen. She escaped numerous times.

We had gone to another trainer who had been training only with pure positive techniques and we quickly realized the training was not going to be affective with our dog because her desire for food was very low.

At first we were a little skeptical because we had already worked with another trainer and did not get the result’s we were looking for.

We have now been at training for four weeks and she is able to go to the park off leash!

Recall was one of the main things we wanted and now we have it, even with distractions!

Her separation anxiety is no longer an issue and she doesn’t try to open windows and escape anymore or sneak out the door.

Rescued Husky Has Unleashed Potential In Bridgewater NS

Rescued Husky has life saving training success!

Itzy is a small energy packed, strong minded Husky mix from SHAID, bought home at ten months old she quickly showed us that she was crazy on leash, ran away from home at every opportunity, had no recall, barked constantly and was destructive in the house and full of nervous and anxious energy, she hardly ate and I realized how stressed out she was not understanding what was expected of her in her new pack.

I had previously clicker trained my other dog (a Lab) and he is good but not perfect, Itzy was responding to some things I taught her but other things seemed out of reach for me, by chance I found out about Unleashed Potential,

Itzy started to learn focus and began almost immediately to settle down, her anxiousness disappearing, we could see the fun loving cheeky little dog she is and the stress levels in our house were replaced with a feeling that we did the right thing adopting her, she is the sort of dog that loves to be exercised not just physically but mentally too and the training gave her that focus she needs, our walks stopped being sabotaged by bad behavior and are now a pleasure, with a dog that I was told would never be able to walk off leash now running freely by my side and playing with my other dog, I can breathe easy knowing she wont end up in the road by accident as she has recall now.

I cannot overstate how happy I am that I found Unleashed Potential and the sense of security and trust it has given me with both my dogs. I now have Happy obedient dogs.

Hound Dog UNLEASHED, Testimonial.

Hound dog off leash chasing scents and coming back when called!

I adopted a rescued hound dog just over 3 years ago. The two of us made good progress together. However, I could not always trust him to return off leash. Scents are his strong focus. Unleashed Potential k9 training helped to make off leash walks possible. I am able to give him the freedom to run in the woods and know that he will return when we are out for a walk.He also had occasional aggressive tendencies that we have also been able to bring under control.
