We have a 2.5 year old Yorkie named Sully. We did puppy class with Duke Ferguson, who shared a ton of knowledge with us. Over time we let our training slide, but we are back on top since we did Duke’s board and train program. I remember dropping Sully off the first day, feeling guilty and nervous, but I was told “you won’t regret it…no one ever does.”
Our lifestyle involves a lot of travel, and flying with Sully. Before the training Sully was embarrassing and unbearable to take with us so this was our main goal in our assessment meeting with Duke. We needed Sully to go in his airplane bag and be quiet on the plane. We also wanted to have Sully come when called, walk beside us without pulling on the leash or even have no leash, and different tasks such as not begging for food at the dinner table, greeting people at the door or on the street properly.
Our expectations were exceeded!! We cannot express how impressed and pleased we are with Sully after spending a month with Duke. Our family and friends, people we run into on the streets, and ourselves cannot believe the change in Sully. We recently flew to Croatia, in total a 15 hr journey….Sully was a pleasure to travel with, calm and quiet the whole flight.
The Dog Training Genesis video training program Duke has created is also amazing and a great resource to have to help us stay educated on how to work with and train Sully.
Since having Sully home, Duke has been very patient in teaching us the skills and theory to keep up the progress when we asked him. We have the privilege to attend Unleashed Potential’s Ultimate Obedience Group class every week, and it is now enjoyable to participate and to go in public with Sully because of progress he has made.

The amount of knowledge and information Duke has is fascinating and we are so lucky to have him on P.E.I. We highly recommend Duke and Unleashed Potential to all dog owners. Duke we said it before and we’ll say it again…thank you for everything, we are forever grateful.
