My husband and I have been in puppy class now for 3 weeks and we look forward to it every week! It is a lot of fun for the people and the puppies! When we first started molly was shy of other dogs and extremely timid of any dog or puppy but now she nearly runs through the door to get to the other puppies the socialization she gets at class has really changed her personality in such a positive way, molly learns new things every class. The things Duke teaches are really helpful and work wonders every time we leave class we feel relief like we are on the right path. Puppies are a lot of work and they can be frustrating but with the tools we learn at puppy class we apply it and makes life easier.. Puppy class is great for anyone wanting to socialize your dog and get them the right head start in life which every dog deserves i would highly recommend unleashed potentials puppy class you wont be disappointed!!

Joining puppy management with Unleashed Potential K9 Academy, was the best thing that we could have done for our Boxer puppy Moxon! He learned very quickly the basics with the guidance of Duke and Lindsay; and has built an amazing foundation for success as he grows into a full-grown Boxer! We learned how to communicate with him and leadership skills, how to use proper commands, how to kennel train him, which were the proper chew and play toys, and much, much more!

Not only does Duke teach you the basics to succeed, but weekly socialization is the best thing you could do for your puppy! Having the time to run around and play in a controlled environment with a room full of other puppies was fantastic, and very eye opening!

We also had the opportunity to work with Duke one-on-one to concentrate more on Moxon’s “pulling and tugging” on the leash when we walk him. This was extremely important as we are both active and want to run with him often! This extra service was extremely worthwhile, and there was improvement after a one hour session! Hi my name is John and I wanted to share a little about my unbelievable experience while training with Unleashed Potential dog training.

I recently adopted a seven year old Siberian Husky from a Husky rescue organization in Nova Scotia. The rescue organization told me when I adopted her that she was a lead dog on a sled team. This has made it impossible to walk her.

Regardless of what method or tools I used, I could not seem to stop her from pulling. I even tried a gentle leader that came highly recommended by a local pet store, however this actually seemed to make her pull even worse. No matter what I tried she would pull me, like she was pulling a sled.

After just ONE lesson with, a professional dog trainer from Unleashed Potential, I now have the problem 95% under control.

In the following video there are four high drive dogs. A German Shepherd, A Belgian malinois, a dutch shepherd and a border collie mix. This video shows some advanced dog training but they all started their training using one dog training secret.

So….Here is one piece of many dog training tips from me to you for free! Find out what your dog likes most and control it and use as a pay check. Allow No free access to the resource. Make the dog work for it daily, with many repetitions. This is one of many secrets to dog training we use. 🙂

In time you will end up with a tired and obedient dog. The reward I used for my dogs in the video here is a rubber ball from a chuck it toy.

Proven Results: Only One Dog Training Lesson With Unleashed Potential

I always Love to see the look on peoples faces when they come for their first lesson and they are amazed in how much success they get in just the first 10 – 20 minutes especially if they have seen other dog trainers. It is a part of my job that I love!

Here is an email I got from our last nights lesson. See below:

“Last night was our first dog training lesson at Unleashed Potential K9 training In Stratford PEI with Duke Ferguson, and it was a HUGE SUCCESS!! 🙂
We went into last night with a dog who pulled on his leash, followed his hound nose and didn’t always come when he was called. The dog we left with after the lesson would stay by your side, responded when you said his name and came when he was called. He responded very well to Duke and his methods of training.
We have had Desmond for almost 2 years and have tried a couple different trainers trying to find the right fit for us, our dog and what he responds to. Last night consultation/lesson was the first time Desmond responded to and worked with someone other than my husband and I, he always seemed timid of other trainers but with Duke, Desmond warmed up to him quickly and we were able to start our training right away and didn’t have to wait for Desmond to adjust to another human.
We found last night very informative, and can’t wait to go back to our next lesson. We are looking forward to having a dog we can take with us where ever we go and not have to worry about him misbehaving around strangers and eventually children in and out of our home. Thank You Duke!! “
